CERTIFIED PRACTITIONER AGREEMENT
FOXP3 Institute Certified Practitioner Program
| THE SPIRIT OF THIS AGREEMENT |
| This agreement is a covenant. It exists because the FOXP3 Protocol represents forty-three years of clinical refinement and peer-reviewed science. Every certified practitioner who upholds these standards protects the patients we serve, the reputation of the protocol, and the practitioners who came before and after you. We are honored to have you in this community. |
Section 1: Parties
This Certified Practitioner Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between:
| Institute: | FOXP3 Institute, a division of Intelligent Technologies.ai, LLC, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (the “Institute”) |
| Practitioner: | The licensed healthcare professional who has successfully completed the FOXP3 Institute Certified Practitioner Program (the “Practitioner”) |
Section 2: Scope of Certification
Completion of the FOXP3 Institute Certified Practitioner Program authorizes the Practitioner to:
(a) Identify themselves as a “FOXP3 Institute Certified Practitioner” or a “FOXP3 Protocol Certified Practitioner” in professional communications, within their licensed scope of practice;
(b) Use the FOXP3 Institute Certified Practitioner mark as specified in Section 3 of this Agreement;
(c) Implement the FOXP3 Protocol with patients consistent with the Practitioner’s applicable licensure and the training received;
(d) Access the FOXP3 Institute practitioner community portal and continuing education resources during the certification period.
This certification does NOT:
(e) Expand the Practitioner’s licensed scope of practice beyond what is permitted by their state, provincial, or national licensing authority;
(f) Authorize the diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any disease or medical condition;
(g) Authorize the Practitioner to prescribe medications or advise medication changes;
(h) Constitute a warranty, endorsement, or guarantee of clinical outcomes for any patient.
Section 3: Use of Certification Mark
The FOXP3 Institute Certified Practitioner mark (the “Mark”) is the intellectual property of Intelligent Technologies.ai, LLC. The Practitioner is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Mark during the active certification period, subject to the following conditions:
(i) The Mark may be displayed on the Practitioner’s website, practice signage, professional profiles (including LinkedIn), business cards, and patient education materials;
(j) The Mark must be displayed accurately and without modification. The Practitioner may not alter the Mark’s design, colors, or text;
(k) The Mark must not be used in a manner that suggests the Institute endorses specific patient outcomes, product efficacy claims, or scope-of-practice expansions;
(l) Upon expiration or revocation of certification, the Practitioner must promptly remove the Mark from all materials.
Section 4: FTC Compliance Obligations
The Practitioner agrees to comply with the Federal Trade Commission Act and the FTC’s 2023 Endorsement Guidelines in all marketing, social media, patient communications, and promotional materials related to the FOXP3 Protocol. Specifically, the Practitioner agrees:
(m) Not to make any claim that the FOXP3 Protocol diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease;
(n) To use compliant language such as “may support,” “designed to support,” “individual results vary,” and similar qualified language in all communications;
(o) Not to present patient testimonials without appropriate disclosure that results are not typical and that individual results vary;
(p) Not to imply that the FOXP3 Protocol’s Nobel Prize scientific foundation constitutes clinical evidence that the protocol produces specific outcomes in any individual patient;
(q) To ensure all composite patient stories are clearly identified as composites and not presented as the experience of any single individual.
| FTC QUICK REFERENCE: COMPLIANT VS. NON-COMPLIANT EXAMPLES |
| COMPLIANT: “The FOXP3 Protocol is designed to support immune regulatory function. Individual results vary.”NON-COMPLIANT: “This protocol reverses autoimmune disease.” COMPLIANT: “Many patients report improved quality of life. Results are not typical.”NON-COMPLIANT: “Patients are cured in 65 days.” COMPLIANT: “Built on 2025 Nobel Prize–winning immune science.”NON-COMPLIANT: “Nobel Prize-proven treatment for autoimmune disease.” |
Section 5: Scope of Practice
The Practitioner acknowledges that the FOXP3 Institute Certified Practitioner Program is an educational and clinical training program, not a licensure or credentialing body. The Practitioner agrees:
(r) To implement the FOXP3 Protocol only within the scope of their existing professional licensure;
(s) That whenever a patient’s presentation requires diagnosis, prescription authority, or medical management, the Practitioner will refer appropriately to or coordinate with the appropriate licensed medical professional;
(t) To use the Physician Partnership Letter as trained whenever mandatory medication coordination classes are present;
(u) To never advise patients to discontinue, modify, or add prescription medications without physician involvement;
(v) To maintain current professional licensure throughout the certification period.
Section 6: Protocol Integrity
The FOXP3 Protocol is a proprietary, structured five-phase system. The Practitioner agrees:
(w) To implement the core protocol elements as trained, without modification to foundational phase structure, mandatory physician coordination requirements, or FTC compliance obligations;
(x) That reasonable clinical adaptations (such as supplement modification based on patient tolerance, phase timing adjustments, or FoodPharmacy customization) are appropriate and expected, provided core protocol integrity is maintained;
(y) Not to re-brand, re-sell, or represent the FOXP3 Protocol as their own proprietary system or under a different name;
(z) Not to modify or share the FOXP3 Institute course materials, quiz questions, or clinical tools outside of direct patient care.
Section 7: Confidentiality of Course Materials
The FOXP3 Institute Certified Practitioner Program materials, including but not limited to video lessons, course documents, quiz questions, clinical reference tools, and supplement protocols, are confidential proprietary materials of Intelligent Technologies.ai, LLC. The Practitioner agrees:
(aa) Not to share, distribute, reproduce, or publish course materials in any form without the express written permission of the Institute;
(ab) Not to use course materials to develop competing educational programs or certifications;
(ac) That the obligation of confidentiality survives the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Section 8: Renewal and Continuing Education
FOXP3 Institute certification is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance. To maintain active certification status, the Practitioner agrees to:
(ad) Complete four (4) hours of Institute-approved continuing education within each two-year certification period;
(ae) Submit a renewal application and pay the applicable renewal fee before the certification expiration date;
(af) Notify the Institute of any changes to their professional licensure status, practice name, or contact information within 30 days of such change.
Practitioners whose certifications have lapsed may apply for reinstatement within six months of expiration without repeating the full examination. After six months, re-examination is required.
Section 9: Termination and Revocation
The Institute reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or decline to renew certification for cause, including but not limited to:
(ag) Material violation of FTC compliance obligations (Section 4);
(ah) Practice of the protocol outside the Practitioner’s licensed scope;
(ai) Misrepresentation of certification scope or patient outcomes in marketing;
(aj) Violation of confidentiality obligations (Section 7);
(ak) Loss of professional licensure;
(al) Conduct that materially damages the reputation of the FOXP3 Institute or the protocol.
Prior to revocation, the Institute will provide written notice and an opportunity to respond. Emergency suspension without prior notice is reserved for situations presenting immediate patient safety risk.
Section 10: General Provisions
(am) This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties regarding certification use and supersedes all prior understandings;
(an) This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania;
(ao) If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect;
(ap) The Institute’s failure to enforce any provision on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
